Vacancy - Junior IT Support Technician
MSA Systems are current recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to join their established and professional team.
Due to recent demand and customer service focused improvements, MSA Systems require a customer driven and technically skilled Junior IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support to the current client base.
Technical queries will be on a range of products and technologies, such as Sage, Microsoft Office, Servers, PC Hardware, Anti-virus, Networking etc . You will also be involved in the administration and development of the internal IT systems at MSA.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 12 - 36 months experience in a similar role, either working for an IT Support Services business or internally for a business in an IT department
- And; either possess an IT or Microsoft Accreditation (e.g MCP) or have direct Sage Software support experience
Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience.
