Having recently been granted National preferred supplier status at the National Federation of Builders, MSA Systems Ltd., have been coordinating with the regions as to the best way to deal with Revenue changes to sub-contractor taxation.

For those who have computers and in some cases a small network, MSA will provide the software in the form of a CIS Controller, then train and maintain.

For those who do not possess a computer, MSA has put together a bundled package that will contain a PC (high specification), Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office, Line 50 Accounts Package and CIS Controller for £99.00 per month over two years plus a Broadband Internet Connection.

With more than seventeen years experience with Sage (UK) Ltd., MSA Systems are also able to offer to all members of the NFB the benefit of their knowledge of all of Sage's products.

Until recent months, Sage have only been able to provide a generic Job Costing system that did not encompass all of the issues related to the Construction Industry i.e, Retentions, CIS, Applications etc., However, now an integrated solution exists that was specifically designed for contractors in the industry. It is called “CONSTRUCT” and replaces the existing Job Costing package.

If you are a Sage user, then you do not need to make any changes to your Accounts software.
