Why should I purchase Construct?
Here are six good reasons:

  1. Control over costs,
  2. Quicker job reporting,
  3. Ability to handle applications and retentions,
  4. Complete integration with Sage Accounting products,
  5. Single point of entry for all contract data; and
  6. Improve the bottom line.

Can you help with CIS?
Construct gives time saving and control by providing automated, centralised, sub-contractor CIS handling from invoice and certificate entry, through generation of monthly Inland Revenue figures and voucher printing, to year end reporting. An effective way of lightening the monthly and annual CIS load.

This is due to change on April 7th 2007 when the vouchers and certificates will no longer be required. Online verification will become the norm. Construct Advanced not only provides an easy to use template for CIS but also keeps records of all transactions

What is the payback time?
Because Construct enables the user to constantly monitor actual costs against estimated/budget costs, overspends are immediately brought to the users notice. The saving of 1 % on annual contracting costs by controlling costs, as they are entered rather than after the event, can easily be shown to pay for the system within the first year.
