Training
MSA are able to provide Training Services for all of the products we offer!
Our qualified trainers can provide on-site training at your premises or in-house at our training rooms at MSA offices in Halesowen, West Midlands.
We specialise in the following products:-
SAGE: Construct – Line 50 – MMS – ACT – Payroll – WinForecast – Personnell
MICROSOFT: Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Small Business Server, Crystal Reports.
Support
There are three main levels of support – with engineers in-house, waiting to provide telephone support or remote diagnostics. (Remote diagnostics entails us dialling in to your network across the internet and diagnosing and rectifying any problems). The third level is the despatching of an engineer to personally handle the problem.
